MEET THE TEAM

Jeffery Lancaster, Sr. serves as the general manager for our Golden Isles location. He was born and raised n Richmond Hill, GA and attended Richmond Hill High School, home of the Wildcats. Have dedicated 47 years to the roofing industry, Jeffery has served as the president of the Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association from 2001-2003 and was honored with the Boone Noblitt Award in 2008. Jeffery aims to continue working alongside his team at Atacama Roofing while making his mission is to impart his extensive knowledge and experience to his colleagues before retiring. Jeffery's immediate goal is to retire soon and relish life with Janice, his wife of 43 years, while traveling in their RV. Jeffery is a family man who loves spending time with his wife, two children, and six grandchildren. He enjoys cooking on the grill for his family, spending time in the backyard pool, or relazing at the beach. Travel is a passion, particulary exploring destinations in his RV with his wife. Additionally, Jeffery loves playing golf and going fishing with his son and grandson. 

Throughout his remarkable career, Jeffery has balanced his professional responsibilities with his personal interests and commitments. His dedication to both his work and his family serves as an inspiration to all who know him. As he looks forward to retirement, Jeffery's legacy will undoubtedly live on through the wisdom and knowledge he has shared with his team and the cherished memories created with his family.

Lauren King is a Commercial Administrator and Repair & Maintenance and Residential Estimator. Born in Augusta, GA, and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, she graduated from Glynn Academy High School. Her personal goal is to raise kind and successful boys into men, while professionally, she aims to learn and master every inch of roofing estimation and operations. A notable achievement of hers is being a drone pilot. Lauren's hobbies include painting, puzzling, and building Lego sets with her boys. She excels as an excellent communicator and is a strong advocate for being the best roofing company around.

Hannah Akers works in Administration and hails from Saint Simons Island, Georgia. She graduated from Glynn Academy. With 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Hannah excels in building relationships and making customers feel at home. Her hobbies include spending time with family, going on vacations, enjoying the beach in coastal Georgia, boating, skeet shooting at the farm, and traveling with her girls for competitive cheer. She loves doing almost everything outdoors.

Matt Andersen is a Superintendent from St. Simons Island, GA. He attended Valdosta State University. Matt's personal goals include building his own house and raising decent humans. Professionally, he aims to be part of a team that creates the best roofing contracting operation in the Golden Isles. Relevant achievements include developing relationships with Jekyll Realty and Southeast Georgia Health Systems. His hobbies are golf, spending time with family, and fixing up rental properties. His area of expertise lies in operational logistics and customer/client relationships. 

Driston Gaddis is a Superintendent from Athens, GA, with a personal focus on relationships and health. His professional goals include learning new skills and growing in leadership. With over 9 years of experience in roofing, Driston's achievements are notable. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and loves fishing. Driston's skills include project management and being bilingual. :

Jeremy Mize is our Controller from Athens, GA. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Jeremy is passionate about Georgia football, fishing, and playing video games. Professionally, he aims to help build Atacama Roofing into the best roofing company in every aspect. His personal goal is to travel more. Jeremy's strengths include accounting, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
