With 48 years in the roofing industry, Jeffery Lancaster, Sr. is a true expert in his field. A Richmond Hill, GA native, he has led with distinction as President of the Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (2001–2003) and earned the prestigious Boone Noblitt Award from the Georgia Roofing Contractors Association in 2008.​Passionate about helping customers and dedicated to his family, Jeffery has been married to his wife, Janice, for 43 years. They have two children and six grandchildren. When he’s not on a roof, you’ll find him tending his yard, camping, or playing golf.

A U.S. Navy veteran, he’s known for his integrity, expertise, and ability to solve even the most complex roof challenges. Over the years, Jake has worked in nearly every facet of the trade—from fabricating metal and leading service crews to managing commercial projects and entire service divisions. Today, he leads Atacama Roofing’s Service Department with a focus on prompt response, clear communication, and dependable results.

Originally from Athens, GA, Driston brings nine years of roofing experience and two years in metal fabrication to his role as Superintendent at Atacama Roofing. His technical expertise and bilingual communication skills allow him to manage projects efficiently and connect with a diverse range of clients and crew members. Known for his integrity, strong work ethic, and faith-driven approach, Driston is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship and upholding the company’s high standards. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and young daughter.

Hannah is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. She manages contracts, insurance documentation, and warranties with precision, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently. Known for her responsiveness and organizational skills, Hannah keeps projects on track and clients informed. A proud local, she enjoys spending time with her family and soaking up the coastal life.
